Offline uptodate 19.2/19.3 on android, and symbian mobile

To use uptodate on your mobile first you need the offline version of the file which is an image of the webpage so there is no need for activation. This version works on your computer with any browser.
1. put the file on your phone (internal/SD card)
2. Use any browser that can open html (Opera classic for android, Opera mobile for symbian phones)NB It's not opera mini
3.after opening the browser type file:/// and file browser will explorer will appear then locate the uptodate folder and open the uptodate.html file
4. your done! enjoy
